How to enable and use desktop stickers in Windows 11

Earlier this year, tipster Albacore noticed the presence of background stickers on the desktop in Windows 11. Although they are still not available by default, you can manually enable this feature if you are running Windows 11 22H2. While the rollout of Windows 11 22H2 has yet to begin, Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 11 22H2 has reached release to manufacturing (RTM) with build 22621. If you're running Windows 11 build 22621 or later, here's how you can try desktop stickers right now.

Add or Remove Stickers from Windows 11 Desktop

1. Right-click anywhere on your Windows 11 PC wallpaper and select the Add or Change Stickers option. Another way to access the stickers interface is via Settings -> Personalization -> Backgrounds -> Choose stickers for your wallpaper.

2. Now you will see the sticker selection interface. Scroll through the list or use the search field to select the sticker you are interested in. It's worth noting that you can't create stickers from custom images at the moment.

3. Once you select a sticker, you will notice that it is in the top left corner of the screen. You can now click on the sticker to move it or resize it.

4. If you want to delete a sticker, please click it in the sticker editor interface and click the trash can icon. Finally, click the "X" button at the top to exit the sticker editor.
