Kiwi

Kiwis contain serotonin, folate, antioxidants, and other compounds that may support sleep. A 2011 study found that eating two kiwis one hour before bedtime for four weeks improved sleep onset, duration, and efficiency. The mechanism is not fully understood but likely involves the combination of serotonin and antioxidants.

Fatty Fish
